Da premettere che io non sono né della zona né di questa regione e andare da un parucchiere che non è il mio mi mette parecchia ansia. Ma loro sono stati davvero super professionali. La qualità dei prodotti e la professionalità del personale, oltre alla buona accoglienza, fanno in modo di voler tornare sia per il colore che per una piega o anche per altri trattamenti, vere coccole per i capelli. Bravi tutti i componenti dello staff. This is the ideal place to take care of hair with biodynamic products. Ho trovato pochissima professionalità sia per il taglio, che per il colore. Il risultato è stato davvero poco soddisfacente, credo sia mancata proprio l'attenzione al cliente e poca voglia di ascoltare le sue esigenze. Un taglio e un colore che potevo benissimo fare in un salone qualunque a prezzi decisamente più bassi. Oltretutto tornando a casa ho natto che i capelli non erano stati lavati bene, e avevo ancora chiazze di blu dei colpi di luce. Il prezzo molto alto rispetto al servizio reso. Non discuto la qualità dei prodotti che sono ottimi, li uso anche io, ma discuto proprio la professionalità. Troppo caro per quello che ho ricevuto. C	Chiara Rinaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendomi trasferita da poco a Scandicci mi serviva un parrucchiere nuovo e direi di aver fatto centro al primo colpo, non è scontato trovarsi bene alla prima, il personale è accogliente e allo stesso tempo molto professionale, sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta del taglio che resiste perfettamente anche dopo 2 settimane. Ciliegina sulla torta: è un salone Plastic Free quindi tutti i prodotti che utilizzano sono naturali e in flaconi in vetro per ridurre lo spreco di plastica! Bravi! Grazie e alla prossima Having recently moved to Scandicci, I needed a new hairdresser and I would say I hit the mark on the first try, it is not obvious to be happy with the first one, the staff is welcoming and at the same time very professional, I was really satisfied with the cut that also resists perfectly. after 2 weeks. The icing on the cake: it's a Plastic Free salon so all the products they use are natural and in glass bottles to reduce plastic waste! Well done! Thanks and see you next time
