★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati così bene che dopo aver acquistato un montascale per la casa "in città" circa 3 anni fa li abbiamo contattati anche per installare un montascale nella nostra casa vacanze. Mia mamma già da subito ha trovato comodissimo e semplicissimo usare i montascale. Un grazie anche alla sig.ra Marzia Crocco che è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutati molto per quanto riguarda i contributi fiscali.
We found ourselves so well that after buying a stairlift for the house "in the city" about 3 years ago we also contacted them to install a stairlift in our vacation home. My mother immediately found it very convenient and very easy to use stair lifts. Thanks also to Ms Marzia Crocco who was very kind and helped us a lot with regards to tax contributions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa azienda si è dimostrata molto disponibile quando abbiamo dovuto installare una sedia sali-scale nella casa della mia anziana madre nel 2012. A Gennaio 2021 li abbiamo contattati per installare un nuovo sali-scale con piattaforma in quanto le capacità di deambulazione di mia madre sono peggiorate e ci era necessario un ausilio da utilizzare con la sedia a rotelle. Un apprezzamento agli installatori che hanno svolto il lavoro in una giornata senza arrecare disturbo agli altri condomini.

This company was very helpful when we had to install a stair climbing chair in my elderly mother's house in 2012. In January 2021 we contacted them to install a new platform stair climber as my mother's walking skills are got worse and we needed a wheelchair aid. An appreciation to the installers who carried out the work in one day without disturbing the other condominiums.

Ho avuto esigenza di montare un montascale per un disabile presente in famiglia, e devo dire che sono stati molto gentili fin dal pirmo contatto per avere solo informazioni. La prima visita di sopralluogo con il tecnico e stata molto chiara mi è stato spiegato per bene il prodotto che avrei acquistato piu consono alle nostre esigenze e molto chiari nei prezzi.
Il prodotto e molto buono e se abbiamo avuto qualche problematica sono sempre stati presenti e il consulente ci ha sempre aiutato tempestivamente nella risoluzione dei piccoli problemi (spesso causati da non saper usare bene il prodotto)
Consiglio a tutti questa azienda.

I had the need to mount a stairlift for a disabled person in the family, and I must say that they have been very kind since the first contact for information only. The first inspection visit with the technician was very clear I was well explained the product that I would have purchased more suited to our needs and very clear in the prices.
The product is very good and if we have had any problems they have always been present and the consultant has always helped us promptly in solving small problems (often caused by not knowing how to use the product well)
I recommend this company to everyone.

Sono una nuova cliente e mi sono trovata subito molto bene: professionali e cortesi (per me la gentilezza e' sempre una carta vincente!!Qualcosa che mi fa decisamente preferire una azienda ad un'altra!). Una nota a favore anche al servizio di assistenza e manutenzione. Rapidi nel rispondere e discreti durante gli interventi di assistenza...praticamente dei ninja!
I am really satisfied with the service this company offers! I am a new customer and I immediately found myself very well: professional and courteous (for me kindness is always a winning card !! Something that definitely makes me prefer one company to another!). A note in favor also to the assistance and maintenance service. Quick to respond and discreet during service interventions ... practically ninja!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccomi ancora qui, a distanza di qualche mese la macchina si e' bloccata ancora una volta, lasciando di nuovo bloccato una persona di 98 anni. Devo dire che potrei scrivere un romanzo in negativo su questo prodotto, pero' questa volta mi soffermo su un problema : la scarsissima assistenza da parte dell' Azienda. Questa volta dopo aver chiamato il servizio assistenza e aver spiegato il problema la risposta che sempre mi viene data tutte le volte che chiamo e' sempre la stessa :abbiamo difficolta' col personale, e' un periodo dove tutti i nostri manutentori sono presi, non sappiamo quando potremo intervenire, sapendo che in quella casa abita una persona di 98 anni con gravi difficolta' motorie. LA RISPOSTA E' SEMPRE QUESTA. ormai mi conoscono bene perche', li ho chiamati parecchie volte nell'arco di questi anni. oramai saranno anche stanchi di sentire le mie lamentele al telefono. io faccio una domanda allora : ma e' questo il modo di assistere la clientela? da notare che la macchina e'costata circa 15000 euro. grazie Garaventa

This time, after calling the assistance service and explaining the problem, the answer that is always given to me every time I call is always the same: we have difficulties with the staff, it is a period in which all our maintenance workers are busy, not we know when we will be able to intervene, knowing that a 98-year-old person with severe motor difficulties lives in that house. THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THIS. now they know me well because I called them several times over the years. by now they will also be tired of hearing my complaints on the phone. I ask a question then: but is this the way to assist customers? it should be noted that the machine cost about 15,000 euros. thanks Garaventa
