Non posso dare voto maggiore solo perché rispetto al preventivo poi mi sono ritrovato a pagare di più. E questa è una cosa che odio. They were nice and fixed a mechanical problem for us pretty quickly. I cannot give a higher rating just because compared to the estimate I then found myself paying more. And this is something I hate.

Wir waren letztendlich froh, dass uns trotzdem doch so schnell geholfen werden konnte und wir unsere Fahrt am nächsten Tag fortsetzen konnten. Die Kommunikation erfolgte aus einer Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch. Quick, competent help with our problem with the brakes. Unfortunately we had to wait 4 hours, but I think you have to accept that without an appointment. In the end we were happy that we could still be helped so quickly and that we could continue our journey the next day. Communication was a mixture of German and English.

Hanno trovato il problema ma, come già visto qui su altre recensioni, ne hanno approfittato per farmi pagare un conto salatissimo. Mi aspettavo non fosse una riparazione da poco, ero anche già preparato a pagare in più vista l’urgenza, ma da lì a ritrovarmi quasi il doppio di quanto avrei speso da qualsiasi altro meccanico, con le ore di manodopera alzate a sproposito, significa davvero essere disonesti, contando già il disagio di dover riparare la macchina in vacanza. Forse lo fanno solo con i clienti non abituali ma la reputo una cosa doppiamente negativa. Se siete qua in vacanza e avete bisogno di un meccanico non andate da loro. I expected it was not a small repair, I was also already prepared to pay more for the urgency, but from there to find myself almost double what I would have spent at any other mechanic, with the manpower hours raised inappropriately, it really means be dishonest, already counting the inconvenience of having to repair the car on vacation. Maybe they only do it with non-regulars but I think it is doubly bad. If you are here on vacation and you need a mechanic don't go to them.

Approfittano dell'emergenza dei turisti che hanno assoluto bisogno di riparare la propria auto per presentare conti spropositati e totalmente diversi rispetto al preventivo di partenza. Mi sembra un modus operandi che è testimoniato da diverse recensioni, non solo dalla mia! Poi fingono di non voler discutere con il cliente e di essere disposti a venirgli incontro e intanto intascano altri soldi! Non fate questo errore....la macchina è la vostra e se marciante l'officina è OBBLIGATA a restituirla al cliente. Scrivo questo perchè oltretutto il tizio dell'accettazione mi ha anche minacciato di non restituirmi la macchina, visto che ho contestato il conto. Gente così non dovrebbe proprio lavorare! Il turismo consente loro di vivere e questo è l'apprezzamento....comportamento riprovevole. Non meritate nemmeno una stella per quanto mi riguarda. Dishonest is an understatement. I have tried firsthand the services offered by this garage .... I would never recommend them. They take advantage of the emergency of tourists who absolutely need to repair their car to present disproportionate and totally different bills compared to the departure estimate. It seems to me a modus operandi that is testified by several reviews, not just mine! Then they pretend they don't want to argue with the customer and are willing to come and meet him and in the meantime they pocket more money! Do not make this mistake .... the car is yours and if it is running the workshop is OBLIGED to return it to the customer. I am writing this because the acceptance guy also threatened me not to return the car, since I disputed the bill. People like that really shouldn't work! Tourism allows them to live and this is appreciation .... reprehensible behavior. You don't even deserve a star as far as I'm concerned.
