Ho telefonato per chiedere informazioni sulla tariffa oraria e non hanno voluto dirmela dicendomi che queste cose ( cioè quanto un cliente deve pagare) non si dicono al telefono (come se fosse un reato!). Quindi ho ritenuto tutto poco serio e non ho usufruito del loro servizio "misterioso"?
I have not had direct experience. I phoned to ask for information on the hourly rate and they didn't want to tell me, telling me that these things (ie how much a customer has to pay) are not said over the phone (as if it were a crime!). So I thought everything was not very serious and I did not use their "mysterious" service ?
