Not recommended. Rude staff and very expensive prices: 6 Euros for 30 minutes of parking. To be avoided.

Sono arrivata alle 12.30 e andata via alle 18.40...mi hanno applicato, dopo avermi detto che sarebbe costato 12 euro, la tariffa da 15 euro, perché a detta loro erano passate più di 7 ore.... Ma se la matematica non è un'opinione, a me sembrano 6 ore e 10 minuti. Peraltro, avevo chiesto di parlare pe runa specie di convenzione pe ril prossimo mese, ma me ne guardo bene. Sconsigliatissimo
Expensive, but not only ... I arrived at 12.30 and left at 6.40 ... they applied me, after telling me that it would cost 12 euros, the 15 euros rate, because according to them more than 7 hours had passed .... But if math is not an opinion, it seems to me 6 hours and 10 minutes. Besides, I had asked to speak for some sort of convention for next month, but I'm careful of it. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underground parking behind two full-sized metal gates, not just barriers, which as we have learned earlier today is a mouse trap. We followed another car through these gates into what appeared to be a per-hour paid underground parking, on a weekday during normal operation hours, only to eventually discover that (i) there was no attendant present inside, the booth where we expected to pay for the parking was closed; (ii) there was no light; (iii) the gates closed behind us and would not open; (iv) the pedestrian passage door that's supposed to be the escape route was locked; (v) there was no emergency phone number listed anywhere, only the phone number of the empty office in the booth and the contact details of the electrical company that had installed the automatic tourist trap system (bad mistake - please don't let these people play with anything automatic again!). Luckily, there was a tiny bit of the cellular signal just behind the lower gate, enough to call the police who were able to locate the owner of this dubious establishment within about an hour and release us with his help. 5* to Roman police, 1* to the "parking" garage.
