Scammers.
They approach it asking you to want to buy your car by making you pay 25 euros of unidentified preliminary costs.

Premessa: alle 5 di un venerdì pomeriggio prima di Pasqua scopro che la notte precedente qualcuno mi aveva aperto l'auto per rubarla. Preoccupato all'idea di lasciarla in strada di notte col vetro rotto, decido di chiamare il Garage Pezzotti per farla ricoverare al sicuro. A quel punto è successo l'incredibile: prima si preoccupano di assicurarmi un posto, nonostante sia quasi l'ora di chiusura; poi, quando scopro che la macchina non parte più, mi fanno arrivare un carro attrezzi (ormai erano già passate le 19); mi ricoverano l'auto; mi fanno pure lo sconto; mi trattano da amico.
Se è questo che ti aspetti da un Garage, beh, qui lo trovi.
Impossibile trovare di meglio!
An incredible experience!
Premise: at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon before Easter I discover that the previous night someone had opened my car to steal it. Worried about leaving her on the street at night with the glass broken, I decide to call Garage Pezzotti to have her safely hospitalized. At that point the incredible happened: first they take care of securing a place for me, even though it is almost closing time; then, when I discover that the car no longer starts, they send me a tow truck (by now it was already after 7pm); they admit my car; they even give me the discount; they treat me like a friend.
If that's what you expect from a Garage, well, here you find it.
Couldn't find better!

Well maybe you could answer one of the thousands of phone numbers and allow you to pay by credit card like any parking lot in a normal and civilized country.
