Dopo essere tornato con la spesa insieme a mia madre sono stato aggredito verbalmente da uno dei dipendenti in maniera plateale poiché constatava che non gli avevo lasciato le chiavi mettendolo in difficoltà con altri clienti, ma le chiavi non me le ha mai chieste nonostante fossi sceso due volte nel garage e avessi interloquito con lui riguardo la procedura col ticket. Ho dovuto alzare la voce in quanto stava urlando contro mia madre, una signora di 60 anni che fortunatamente si sa difendere ed è riuscita a farlo stare al suo posto senza farci arrivare alle mani, ma solo minacciando di chiamare im titolare, che tra l altro dichiarava di essere lui stesso, quando evidentemente non lo era. Purtroppo i problemi con la lingua italiana giocano brutti scherzi e l' arroganza e il non saperci fare con i clienti spinge le persone a non andarci più, anche se credo che farò esattamente l'opposto, ma dopo aver parlato con il titolare che spero prenderà provvedimenti o la prossima volta verranno chiamati gli agenti di dovere. P.s: ha minacciato di non farmi più entrare in quel parcheggio poiché aveva preso la targa, chiedendo poi scusa quando ha visto che volevamo parlare col titolare. Bad experience spent this afternoon in this garage affiliated with the hyperdem supermarket.
