Rimorchiata in Italia e portata al garage Luciana, confermo le ottime recensioni che avevo visto in internet. Papà e figlio uniscono la professionalità ad una onestà che non ti aspetti. In pochi minuti hanno scoperto il problema e non hanno voluto un euro per la diagnosi che in Svizzera mi avevano preventivato a 165 franchi. Davvero un grazie sincero per la vostra onestà di altri tempi! I'm not from Varese, I didn't know them. My car broke down permanently while I was in Switzerland. Towed in Italy and taken to the Luciana garage, I confirm the excellent reviews I had seen on the internet. Dad and son combine professionalism with an honesty you don't expect. In a few minutes they discovered the problem and did not want a euro for the diagnosis that in Switzerland they had budgeted for 165 francs. Really a sincere thanks for your old-time honesty!

Il prezzo per il montaggio, visibile da sito, è stato disatteso e rincarato di 20 euro adducendo al fatto che avessero montato le valvole. Dopo 10km si attiva la spia di mancata rilevazione dei pneumatici. Il giorno dopo chiamo, ignorante in materia, e mi viene risposto: ”Ovvio, non hai comprato il kit per i sensori della pressione che sono sulle valvole!”(non potevano farlo presente in sede di montaggio?!). Torno da loro per ordinarli e finalmente risolvere il problema, passa mezza giornata, come se non bastasse mi viene comunicato che non possono aiutarmi perché devo montare i pezzi originali. Mi reco alla casa madre e spiego la situazione, mi fanno intendere di non essere stato trattato con molta correttezza e mi consigliano per risparmiare,UDITE UDITE: pezzi non originali. Mai più da loro. I bought tires online by choosing this tire dealer for assembly.
