★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio la macchina previo appuntamento per effettuare revisione annuale. Alla domanda su quanto pagherò mi viene risposto 97 €, revisione più servizio. Perplessa penso che il servizio è già compreso nelle 67 euro, ma ormai è tardi per andare via. Preciso che per qualsiasi intervento voglio essere avvisata. Ricevo una telefonata dopo 30 minuti per informarmi che l’unica sostituzione necessaria è relativa alla lampadina della targa, ma che il tutto è compreso nei 30 euro in più che stanno chiedendo. Al ritiro della macchina trovo un consuntivo di 112.60. Alla mia richiesta di chiarimento mi viene risposto che la sostituzione della lampadina ha richiesto quasi 20 minuti e quindi non potevano farla rientrare nei 30 euro. Non ho parole per descrivere il mio sdegno...ricordo solo che: “i costi per effettuare la revisione presso i centri revisione è quello fissato dal Ministero del Trasporti per cui 66,80 euro da pagare direttamente al titolare del centro revisione dopo aver eseguito i controlli e rilasciato l'adesivo di esito positivo alla revisione.

Puzzled I think that the service is already included in the 67 euros, but it is now too late to leave. I specify that for any intervention I want to be notified. I receive a phone call after 30 minutes to inform me that the only replacement required is related to the license plate bulb, but that everything is included in the 30 euros more they are asking for. When I pick up the car I find a final balance of 112.60. To my request for clarification I was replied that the replacement of the bulb took almost 20 minutes and therefore they could not make it fall within 30 euros. I have no words to describe my outrage ... I just remember that: "the costs of carrying out the overhaul at the overhaul centers is that set by the Ministry of Transport for which 66.80 euros to be paid directly to the owner of the overhaul center after having performed the controls and issued the sticker of positive result to the revision.
