★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la SFORTUNA di avere a che fare con questo autonoleggio dopo aver richiesto una vettura sostitutiva ad EuropAssistance.
Mi è stata consegnata una macchina piena di bozze (e questo, essendo un autonoleggio, lo posso anche accettare), dopo 5 giorni, in data 19/06/2019, restituisco la vettura dopo averla lavata la sera prima (nei 5 giorni non ha piovuto e la macchina era impolverata, polvere che a Milano, è inevitabile). Alla riconsegna mi sono stati trattenuti 25€ in quanto ritenevano che la macchina fosse sporca. Partendo dal fatto che, vivendo a Milano, la "macchina puilita" dura se va bene la prima mezz'ora di circolazione, ritengo che:
1) sia davvero ridicolo chiedere 25€ per passare la macchina con la canna dell'acqua
2)è ancora più ridicolo in quanto hanno un lavaggio interno (giustificano la spesa per il pagamento del lavagista)
3) è inaccttabile chiedere una cifra del genere (da notare, a contratto sarebbero 40€ che mi sono categoricamente rifiutato di pagare) in quanto con la stessa cifra qualunque autolavaggio fa la pulizia di fino.
Spero vivamente che questo "furto legalizzato" non capiti anche agli altri utenti che incapperanno in questa attivita.
Seguirà ovviamente una mail ad EuropAssistance per diffidare da attività che lasciano decisamente l'amaro in bocca.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this car rental after requesting a replacement car from EuropAssistance.
I was given a machine full of drafts (and this, being a car rental, I can also accept it), after 5 days, on 06/19/2019, I return the car after having washed it the night before (in the 5 days it has no it rained and the car was dusty, dust that in Milan is inevitable). At delivery I received € 25 as they thought the car was dirty. Starting from the fact that, living in Milan, the "puilita machine" lasts if the first half hour of circulation is fine, I believe that:
1) it is really ridiculous to ask for € 25 to pass the car with a water hose
2) it is even more ridiculous as they have an internal wash (justify the expense for the payment of the lavagista)
3) it is unacceptable to ask for a figure of this kind (to note, a contract would be 40 € which I categorically refused to pay) since with the same amount any car wash does the cleaning up.
I sincerely hope that this "legalized theft" does not happen to other users who will run into this activity.
An email to EuropAssistance will obviously follow to be wary of activities that leave a very bad taste in the mouth.
Absolutely NOT recommended as a service.
