A	Aniello Ferraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo gentilmente di non usare né profumi né spray sulle plastiche della mia vettura. Al ritiro dell'auto noto con dispiacere che sulle plastiche era stato utilizzato dello spray. Con mio disappunto faccio notare ciò è grossolanamente cercano di ripulire con un panno non riuscendoci. Il titolare si scusa dell'accaduto diecndo che li è come una catena di montaggio....e mi dice di non prendermela perché potrei essere un suo fratello (non avessi pagato non me la serei presa), mi fa vedere il prodotto utilizzato e mi dice che un prodotto di qualità che costa 13€, gli rispondo che sarebbe potuto costatare anche 50€ ma avevo chiesto di non utilizzare alcun prodotto. Lascio l'autolavaggio interdetto e incazzato e passo l'ora successiva a tentare di rimuovere l'unto del prodotto. L'atteggiamento corretto sarebbe stato quello di tenere un'altra mezz'oretta l'auto è rimuovere i residui del prodotto. PS allego foto della ricevuta, del cruscotto unto e del pomello del cambio graffiato I kindly ask you not to use perfumes or sprays on the plastics of my car. When the car was picked up, I was sadly aware that spray had been used on the plastics. To my disappointment I point out this is roughly try to clean up with a cloth failing it. The owner apologizes for what happened diecndo which is like an assembly line .... and tells me not to take it because I could be his brother (if I hadn't paid I wouldn't take it), he shows me the product used and he tells me that a quality product that costs € 13, I answer that it could have cost € 50 but I asked not to use any product. I leave the car wash off and pissed off and spend the next hour trying to remove the greasy product. The correct attitude would have been to keep the car for another half hour and remove the residues of the product. PS I enclose a photo of the receipt, the greased dashboard and the scratched gear knob

Durante la pulizia è stato spaccato, dal personale del centro, il gancio che sostiene la cappelliera della mia auto. Io ho sentito il gancio cadere a terra ed ho subito notato un attimo di imbarazzo in cui, tutti i dipendenti, si sono fermati. Non ho parlato, volevo misurare, appunto, l'onestà di chi porta avanti un lavoro il cui prezzo è decisamente elevato (50 euro per un lavaggio auto detailing). Mi hanno chiamato facendomi notare che il gancio della cappelliera era rotto e, secondo il titolare, di scarsa qualità. Sinceramente bastava far notare che era stato fatto un danno e, dato che il pezzo costa poco o nulla, probabilmente ci sarei passato su. Chiaramente non tornerò mai più in questo centro. Edit: sfortunatamente il gancio rotto mi è costato 50€!! A mai più! The only star I give to this detailing center is for the "honesty" with which I was treated. I did not speak, I wanted to measure, in fact, the honesty of those who carry out a job whose price is very high (50 euros for an auto detailing wash). They called me and pointed out that the hook on the hatbox was broken and, according to the owner, of poor quality. Honestly, it was enough to point out that damage had been done and, since the piece costs little or nothing, I probably would have passed on it. I will clearly never go back to this center. Edit: unfortunately the broken hook cost me 50 € !! To never again!

Cura del Dettaglio fuori dal comune. E per la prima volta che non è uscito nessuna goccia d’acqua dalle fessure più insidiose dopo il ritiro che lascia quelle fastidiose macchie di calcare. Ho dovuto eliminare da solo, come in tutti gli autolavaggi, le macchie di acqua che colano dagli specchietti perché non asciugano bene. Molto bravo a vendersi sui social, ma nei fatti...
