C	Carmine Coletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggere alcune recensioni è assolutamente inutile. Io ho visto personalmente un paio di mattine i ritmi ai quali siete sottoposti, fila dalle 7 alle 11 circa... Domande di ogni genere e voi dovete farvi in 8 per evitare assembramenti, leggere quindi sono 3 giorni che chiamo... Fate come ho fatto io, chiamate il pomeriggio dalle 16 e ci risponderanno con garbo e gentilezza. Premetto che non sono amico di nessuno lì dentro e che è una recensione vera. Sono professionali gentili e se anche aspetti un po' non fa nulla altrimenti andate in ospedale con tutto ciò che poi ne consegue. Chiudo come ultima cosa nel ringraziare con estrema simpatia la dottoressa Ruberto che nelle 2 volte ove ho avuto il piacere di parlarci ha dimostrato una sensibilità ed una dolcezza infinita. Ho chiamato io stesso per avere dei chiarimenti in quanto anche a me è saltato all'occhio non fosse scritto bene.. la signorina che mi risposto ha detto che avrebbe contattato la dott.ssa G. Capparelli che ha scritto il referto e che mi avrebbe richiamato.. non ho avuto nessuna telefonata. Per 162 euro pagati mi aspettavo un servizio migliore. Ottima anche la gestione in tempo di codiv volta ad evitare assembramenti spiacevoli. Un lode in particolare va a Giovanni infermiere eccezionale. Sarebbe capace di eseguire un prelievo bendato senza far accusare il minimo dolore?. Complimenti. Precise and efficient laboratory. The staff is courteous and available at the complete disposal of the customer. The management in codiv time is also excellent, aimed at avoiding unpleasant gatherings. O	Only For Tablet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le dipendenti alla reception gentilissime, e contrariamente a quanto letto dalle altre recensioni ho chiamato per due volte e entrambe le volte ho avuto risposta subito. Per quanto riguarda il servizio e stata effettuata una risonanza magnetica. A parte lo sgarbo dell'operatore (che magari ci sta che possa aver avuto intoppi di lavoro o personali, una cattiva giornata può capitare) la cosa che mi ha lasciata PROFONDAMENTE colpita NEGATIVAMENTE è che nonostante il periodo storico che stiamo vivendo a causa della pandemia, non è stata effettuata sul lettino alcuna sanificazione, disinfezione, neanche una pelle inumidita, e NON È STATO NEANCHE CAMBIATO IL LENZUOLINO DI CARTA, stesso discorso per il campanello di allarme che ti danno quando inizia la risonanza magnetica e per le cuffie. Ma non finisce qui, il paziente successivo è stato fatto accomodare sulla stessa carta dove ero stato io, quello prima di me ecc ecc.... Profondamente deluso e schifato, spero che questa recensione possa servire a migliorare. Il personale garbato ma molto indaffarato. Per visita oculistica e cardiologica ho atteso 2 mesi e 4 giorni ma la delusione è stata massima soprattutto quella cardiologica: un gentile infermiere mi ha fatto l'ecg ma il medico, senza neanche alzarsi dalla sedia né tantomeno guardarmi o fare alcuna domanda, ha redatto un referto come se avesse effettuato un vero controllo cardiologica ? I tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi. Questo è il male minore considerando il trattamento riservato ad un familiare che per un loro disservizio legato ad una mancata assistenza sanitaria, ha rischiato grosso! Cercate altri centri!!! Employees and operators lack professionalism and tact towards patients. The management of reservations and services in general is poor and confusing. Waiting times are very long.
