Dopo un mese esatto, le cuffie sono ancora allo stato di partenza, causa di ciò la completa negligenza del personale e del servizio di assistenza. Sconsiglio vivamente, soprattutto a coloro i quali non hanno tempo da perdere. I took a pair of headphones for repair more than a month ago, headphones bought in the same store, it was a simple replacement of the now-worn jack. After exactly one month, the headphones are still in the starting state, because of this the complete negligence of the staff and the assistance service. I strongly discourage it, especially to those who have no time to waste.

Courtesy and hospitality are two unknown words in this shop. The items are sold without being shown to the customer and without a minimum of human warmth.

Very nice place surrounded by nature with a really good equipped area .... very friendly and helpful managers .... just a pity that the area due to covid is still no longer used as a bar and restaurant but we will be back for sure in better times !!!
