Ed invero, dopo il primo contatto per l'acquisto di un immobile (tramite ricerca in rete), ci siamo recati sul posto per visitare l'immobile (rispecchiava in toto quanto descritto nel sito e nelle foto -reali-, anche nella metratura). A dir di più, la descriziome riportava la dicitura "da ristrutturare", ma, alla visita, con stupore, mi rendevo conto che l'immobile non necessitava di corposi lavori, ma di una semplice rinfrescata. Ed ancora, Giuseppe, è sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutti i miei interrogativi anche con specifica competenza e prestando sempre attenzione alle mie richieste.
