Appena uscita dal negozio sono tornata a replicare, ho chiesto perché il gioco fosse aperto, mi hanno risposto che era l'ultimo e che era aperto perché di esposizione e che potevo cambiarlo se non funzionava (sul sito c'è scritto che non si posso cambiare i giochi se aperti) seppur funzionante in questo caso. Comunque ho voluto credergli ma tornata a casa mi sono accorta delle impronte e dei graffi sul disco, non siete stati onesti. Non era chiaramente nuovo. Essere presi in giro anche no. They sold me a game for new which was dubiously used instead, (complete with a patch and code). As soon as I left the shop I went back to reply, I asked why the game was open, they replied that it was the last one and that it was open because of display and that I could change it if it didn't work (on the website it says that you can't change the games if open) even if it works in this case. Anyway I wanted to believe him but back home I noticed the fingerprints and scratches on the record, you weren't honest. It was clearly not new. Being teased is also not.

I miei complimenti sono rivolti in particolare al dipendente Alessandro che nonostante la sua giovanissima età è sempre molto serio, professionale e gentile e soddisfa sempre ogni mia richiesta. Ho messo le loro pellicole su tutti i miei smartphone nel tempo e mi sono sempre trovato bene sia col prodotto che il servizio. Specialmente ora che c è Alessandro, sempre disponibile e molto competente sia nell'applicazione che nei consigli che da. I've been going to the shop for years now, and since they've also put the Mobile Outfitters corner in, they've added a very useful extra service. I have put their films on all my smartphones over time and have always enjoyed both the product and the service. Il commesso di cui non so il nome, mi risponde dicendomi che in questo punto vendita non era disponibile e che dovevo andare al Gamestop di Re di Roma. Successivamente, il 22 gennaio, vado a questo Gamestop al centro di Roma, appena arrivo in cassa e chiedo il gioco...mi dice che non era disponibile, nonostante io gli avessi detto che mi avevan9 detto che qua l'avrei trovato...insomma alla fine mi ha detto che dovevo riandare a quello di Ponte Milvio....a sto punto ho lasciato perdere, perché già era lontano...poi figurati se anche lì mi avrebbe risposto nella stessa maniera. Fatto sta che allora in conclusione, l'ho preso su Amazon!...almeno la c'era... Spero che davvero sia stato solo un caso...perché se siete così anche con gli altri clienti e con altri giochi...davvero è da darsi le pugnalate negli occhi ... A	Andrea Armeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio sempre molto gentile, paziente e disponibile, in particolare vorrei citare Carlos, Alessandro, Mauro, Valeria e Davide che sono stati semplicemente eccezionali! Il negozio dispone di vari spazi ben organizzati, con sezioni dedicate anche all'usato e ai gadget di vario tipo: dalle Action figures alle magliette, dalle tazze (le americane mug) ai giochi in scatola a tema con le più famose serie tv (come il trono di spade), film e videogiochi (come il monopoli di mass effect)... Insomma un ottimo posto dove trovare idee regalo a tema! ;) C'è anche un punto dedicato alla personalizzazione degli smartphone e dei controller tramite una sorta di adesivo prestampato, che viene ritagliato su misura da una macchina e posizionato a mano sul dispositivo così da non lasciare bolle o imperfezioni (complimenti ad Alessandro per la mano ferma e la precisione certosina). Last but not the least, C'è anche uno spazio dove testare i giochi dotata di comodo divanetto e un grande schermo LCD a parete! XD Always very kind, patient and helpful service, in particular I would like to mention Carlos, Alessandro, Mauro, Valeria and Davide who were simply exceptional! The store has various well-organized spaces, with sections also dedicated to second-hand items and gadgets of various kinds: from Action figures to T-shirts, from cups (American mugs) to themed boxed games with the most famous TV series (such as game of thrones), movies and video games (such as the mass effect monopoly) ... In short, a great place to find themed gift ideas! ;) There is also a point dedicated to the personalization of smartphones and controllers through a sort of pre-printed sticker, which is cut to size by a machine and placed by hand on the device so as not to leave bubbles or imperfections (congratulations to Alessandro for the steady hand and painstaking precision). Last but not the least, there is also a space to test games with a comfortable sofa and a large wall-mounted LCD screen! XD
