★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non chiamate se avete bisogno di informazioni perché è inutile io son stato attaccato 10 minuti al telefono ti fanno aspettare per poi rispondere dicendo nel mio caso “salve piacere solo Luca”neanche ti fa rispondere che ti dice ora non ho tempo richiama piu tardi ma ragazzi guardate meglio alla gente che assumente che io avevo bisogno solo di un informazione di 1minuto E BRAVO LUCA CONTINUA COSI?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1stella per la commessa, per ben due volte che mi sono recato ha avuto un comportamento poco gentile, al limite della strafottenza e maleducazione. Non conoscendo bene i meccanismi sui resi ( che comunque ricordo sono regolamentati da leggi ) mi ha detto che il gioco non è più possibile renderlo poiché avevo già richiesto un cambio la 1 volta.... E da quando in qua ? Se un prodotto risulta essere difettoso, o altri motivi, è diritto del cliente richiedere un cambio, se lo presenta in buone condizioni ed entro un tot di tempo. FORMATE I COMMESSI!!!!!!!! Sono per queste cose che le attività poi chiudono.

Ho apprezzato il servizio e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto.
Spero che la prossima volta ci sia sempre quel ragazzo gentile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio ci sta, con possibilità di preordinazione dei giochi che dovranno uscire e non solo.
Io faccio rifornimento qui per i miei giochi della play essendo che sono un fan delle copie fisiche e non sono mai stato deluso.
C'è la possibilità per chi vuole di installare una pellicola particolare ma conveniente per i cellulari e la possibilità di decorare anche joustick, console, ecc...con quello che volete.
Il personale è competente, vi sapranno indirizzare sui vari giochi, generi e difficoltà con cui vorreste approcciarvi.
Tutto sommato per essere piccolo come negozio, ed ubicato all'interno del centro commerciale ipercooop di Ravenna, ci sta.
Io lo consiglio anche solo per dare un'occhiata a quello che hanno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È gia due volte che ripasso in questo negozio e la ragazza che faceva via vai tra il magazzino e il negozio si è presentata subito super maleducata. Inoltre voi gestori mi spiegate come fate a continuare a mandare avanti una rivendita, quando ovunque da altre parti la roba si trova a minor prezzo e soprattutto a prezzi tollerabili rispetto voi che sparate prezzi casuali e insensati...per non parlare delle offerte che fate e delle carte che mai una volta possono agevolare un acquisto del cliente. Unica nota positiva il ragazzo alla cassa, super disponibile e preparato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo da anni al Gamestop per mia figlia e non ho mai avuto la necessità di dovermi esprimere ma per questa volta faccio una eccezione, descrivendo in poche parole il mio pensiero, all’interno del negozio c’è sempre un’aria positiva allegra e nulla da dire eccetto purtroppo per alcuni giorni dove ripeto purtroppo l’aria si riempie di maleducazione e ignoranza, mi duole dirlo ma la ragazza nuova è maleducata e assillante su prodotti che neanche conosce, fortuna vuole che se ho qualche problema posso sempre sperare nel grande Luigi sempre gentile e esaustivo nei miei dubbi (gigante gentile). Ultimo appunto grazie mille al ragazzo giovane con i capelli rasati che mi ha consigliato un gioco per la mia bimba è super contenta sono il papà dell’anno??

Faccio un ordine on line con ritiro in negozio, attendo la seconda mail che in teoria doveva arrivare in BREVE tempo, non a distanza di ore. Telefono in negozio e mi dice che se vado a prenderli me li fa pagare di nuovo. Prodotti presenti nel negozio... E tac.. Arriva la mail dell'ordine annullato.
Rifaccio un'altro ordine, prodotti sempre disponibili.. Nel giro di 5 min arriva la seconda mail dove mi dice ordine rifiutato. Cara commessa mi spiace averle fatto un dispetto ad ordinare da Lei. Sicuramente passerò anche negozio per dirle le cose in faccia. Se ne stia a casa se non ha voglia di lavorare, che di gente che ne ha bisogno è piena Ravenna. Fly down cara. ⚫
