Rispondono sempre "deve arrivare" oppure "l'abbiamo esaurito"...insomma, praticamente non hanno mai nulla e quel "deve arrivare" non arriva mai.... Non rispondono mai al telefono. Oramai non ci vado nemmeno più, dopo almeno 10 episodi così. Very little assortment. They always reply "must arrive" or "we have run out" ... in short, they practically never have anything and that "must arrive" never comes .... They never answer the phone. I don't even go there anymore, after at least 10 episodes like that.

Ogni volta che mi presento c’è puntualmente qualcuno che deve passarmi davanti......Quello cha ha il taxi fuori che lo aspetta, la signora classica "Karen" che ha una fretta tremenda manco dovesse avere un appuntamento con il presidente della Repubblica o quello che deve aprire un dibattito infinito sul euro in più che gli è costato FIFA21; infatti, in un negozietto di Timbuctu costava 57 euro + 30 di spedizione ovviamente.... e così via non mi dilungo…. ne ho viste di ogni tipo. Le commesse e commessi sempre pronti a gestire professionalmente la situazione senza farmi fare le ragnatele! TOP!! Great service, I have been going to the shop for years. Grazie allo staff che si impegna sempre a realizzare i sogni di qualche ragazzino e anche qualche adulto,alla prossima Very qualified and helpful staff at any time, nice and up to date on any kind of new release (obviously it's their job), I go there often and I'm never disappointed. Thanks to the staff who are always committed to making the dreams of some kids and even some adults come true, see you next time

Cercano una soluzione a qualsiasi richiesta del cliente, anche se in questo periodo è difficile far tutti felici. Uno dei ragazzi mi ha aiutato a registrare l'account per la switch nuova di mia figlia, con grande pazienza. In pochi negozi danno un servizio così completo. Whenever I go to this shop, the guys are always nice and helpful. They look for a solution to any customer request, even if in this period it is difficult to make everyone happy. One of the guys helped me register my daughter's new switch account, with great patience. In few shops they give such a complete service.
