Bad and unpolite staff. They don't answer the phone and if you go to the shop you are surprised by the rudeness and the little respect. Never again!!

Perché volevo pagare solo prezzo scontato... Il ragazzo molto educatamente ha accettato... Senza insistere... Dal nulla la collega spunta con arroganza...supponenza... E maleducazione... Cn un modo di fare.. Quasi a costringermi al rinnovo della tessera... Ed io ho di nuovo dissentito.. E lei quasi quasi si arrabbiava pure... Incredibile! Una maleducata inaudita... Solo per poter vendere un rinnovo... Bruttissima figura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non qualificato, scansafatiche e totalmente impreparato sotto ogni punto di vista. Oltre che il franchise è veramente terribile, ed è risaputo, ma anche i dipendenti di questo punto vendita in particolare non sanno lavorare e non vogliono nemmeno farlo. Non tornerò mai più.
Unqualified personnel, slackers and totally unprepared from every point of view. Besides that the franchise is really terrible, and it is well known, but even the employees of this particular store do not know how to work and do not even want to do it. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird Monday opening times (4-7:50pm) and new game I wanted not stocked at all (The Outer World's)... Also incredibly over priced €70 for some games. Very unorganized, felt more like a charity store than a franchisee.
