Sul sito c'era segnato che un gioco per 3DS era disponibile, quindi sono andato di persona per acquistarlo. La commessa oltre che essere incredibilmente arrogante verso un potenziale cliente mi disse che non avevano giochi 3DS da 2 ANNI. E io a quel punto spiegai che nel sito c'era scritto che il prodotto era disponibile. E lei mi disse CHE LORO NON USANO IL SITO E METTONO TUTTO DISPONIBILE PER ATTIRARE UN MINIMO DI CLIENTI. SCANDALOSO. Non rimetterò mai più piede in quel negozio I don't complain so much about the chain in general, but about the store in particular. There was a sign on the site that a 3DS game was available, so I went in person to buy it. The saleswoman as well as being incredibly arrogant towards a potential customer told me that they hadn't had 3DS games for 2 YEARS. And at that point I explained that the site said that the product was available. And she told me THEY DON'T USE THE SITE AND MAKE EVERYTHING AVAILABLE TO ATTRACT A MINIMUM OF CUSTOMERS. SCANDALOUS. I will never set foot in that shop again

Voglia di lavorare inesistente.... poveri titolari.... con dipendenti cosi il destino è il fallimento!!!!! Sicuramente in questo punto vendita non ci metterò più piede... Very rude staff, instead of taking care of the customer they prefer to chat with friends who go to visit them and make customers wait ignoring them .... no good morning or good evening .... Want to work non-existent .... poor owners .... with employees so fate is failure !!!!! I will certainly never set foot in this store again ...

Dopo più di 40 min di strada per venire lì subito dopo lavoro, sono dovuto tornare indietro a mani vuote. Il fatto che ha chiuso prima forse ci sta anche ma almeno la decenza di venirmi incontro invece di un “oh ormai ho chiuso la cassa” Yesterday 18 March I arrived in front of the shop at 7.15 which already had the shutter half closed. After more than 40 minutes of walking to come there right after work, I had to go back empty-handed. The fact that it closed earlier is perhaps also there but at least the decency to come to meet me instead of an "oh now I've closed the cashier"
