 I had the film applied at this shop, the application was perfect and the seller (a guy with a black T-shirt that says I'm learning) was very professional and precise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffatori e Pessimo servizio, un mese a correre dietro al Responsabile per la sostituzione della console PS5 non funzionante dall'acquisto.. mille scuse mille menzogne in negozio ma grazie al Customer Service online son riuscita a farmela sostituire nel giro di una settimana.. Avrei diritto anche al rimborso, visto che il negozio non ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze in tempi congrui.. ma per pena ho lasciato perdere e finalmente ora si gioca!!
Convintissima del fatto che il Responsabile non ha neanche mosso un dito per chiedere la sostituzione..
Scammers and Bad Service, a month running after the Manager for the replacement of the PS5 console not working from the purchase .. a thousand excuses a thousand lies in the shop but thanks to the online Customer Service I managed to get it replaced within a week .. I would have also entitled to a refund, since the shop did not meet my needs in a reasonable time .. but for pain I gave up and finally now we play!
Convinced of the fact that the Manager did not even lift a finger to ask for the replacement ..
