Mi hanno venduto una pianta da mezz'ombra come pianta da pieno sole, al mio reclamo telefonico mi hanno detto che se stava appassendo non era colpa del sole (colpa mia?) . Quando ho fatto notare che le altre 5 piante che ho esposte nello stesso balcone sono tutte in ottima salute invece che scusarsi per la palese fregatura che mi ha dato ha incominciato ad urlare e poi ha riagganciato. Penso che le altre valutazioni siano fittizie o di conoscenti dato che diverse persone me ne hanno parlato molto male (la prossima volta farò bene ad ascoltarli). In conclusione se volete servirvi del loro negozio controllate quello che vi vendono prima di portarlo a casa oppure niente rimborso e balcone appassito .saluti
If possible I would have given 0. They sold me a half-shade plant like a full-sun plant, they told my phone claim that if it was withering it wasn't the sun's fault (my fault?). When I pointed out that the other 5 plants that I exhibited in the same balcony are all in excellent health instead of apologizing for the blatant cheat he gave me he started screaming and then hung up. I think the other evaluations are fictitious or acquaintances since different people have talked about it very badly (next time I'll do well to listen to them). In conclusion, if you want to use their shop, check what they sell you before you take it home, or get a refund or a wilted balcony.
