Volevo comprare delle scarpe il cui prezzo era interessante. Ho chiamato il negozio e chiesto dei consigli per confrontare la misura del mio piede con quella delle scarpe che mi interessavano per poter essere sicura di scegliere la misura adatta non potendole provare di persona.
L'addetta è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha dato le misure ed ha continuato a supportarmi e suggerirmi dopo averla contattata nuovamente tramite Messenger rispondendomi in breve tempo.
Nonostante questi accorgimenti una delle due paia di scarpe ordinate mi sono risultate piccole. Li ho ricontattati per chiedere se fosse stato possibile effettuare un cambio. Sempre molto gentilmente mi hanno guidato nella procedura sia del reso, sia di un nuovo ordine, telefonicamente e tramite mail, applicandomi anche uno sconto ☺️ Mi hanno spedito le scarpe che nel giro di 2 giorni mi sono arrivate in Sardegna!!
La mia esperienza è più che positiva!!! Personale attento, premuroso e cordiale in tutta la procedura d'acquisto e spedizioni "flash"alla stessa stregua di altri colossi ben più noti!!

Accidentally bumped into this store from the internet. What can I say, fantastic!
I wanted to buy some shoes whose price was attractive. I called the store and asked for advice on comparing my foot size with that of the shoes I was interested in so I could be sure I was choosing the right size as I couldn't try them on myself.
The clerk was very kind and helpful. She gave me the measurements and continued to support and suggest me after contacting her again via Messenger, answering me in a short time.
Despite these precautions, one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered turned out to be small. I contacted them to ask if it was possible to make a change. Always very kindly they guided me in the procedure of both the return and a new order, by telephone and by email, also applying a discount ☺️ They sent me the shoes that arrived in Sardinia within 2 days !!
My experience is more than positive !!! Attentive, thoughtful and cordial staff throughout the purchase procedure and "flash" shipments in the same way as other well-known giants !!
Highly recommended !! ???

Non credo sia questo un buon bigliettino da visita per poter vendere, io le scarpe dovevo regalarle pertanto viste le condizioni, mi sono trovata in seria difficoltà. Pessima esperienza che ovviamente non ripeterò
I bought a pair of nike shoes online from this shop. The package arrived on time but unpresentable. Upon his arrival, the box was completely broken and crushed.
