Sono andata allora fisicamente nel loro capannone, ho chiesto un preventivo e non è mai arrivato. Avevo chiesto l'articolo che mi interessava in un colore molto comune, mi hanno risposto che i colori disponibili erano solo tre. ( Il falegname al quale mi sono rivolta successivamente mi ha mostrato un ventaglio di colori possibili). Non mi sono sembrati molto disponibili, forse perchè i falegnami sono sempre meno e il lavoro è tanto. Comunque ho risolto in modo soddisfacente, rivolgendomi altrove. Will they be good? Who knows! I called for an appointment, and they didn't call me back. I then physically went to their shed, asked for a quote and it never arrived. I asked for the article that interested me in a very common color, they replied that there were only three colors available. (The carpenter I later turned to showed me a range of possible colors). They didn't seem very helpful to me, perhaps because there are fewer and fewer carpenters and there is a lot of work. However I solved it satisfactorily, turning elsewhere.
