Treni abbastanza frequenti (ogni ora).
Nella stazione non c'è personale ferroviario.
Non c'è biglietteria.

Peccato che l'unica macchinetta automatica presente per erogare biglietti molto spesso non funziona.
Se si arriva poco prima dell'orario di partenza e c'è coda per fare il biglietto oppure la postazione non funziona si viaggia obbligatoriamente sprovvisti di biglietto.
Necessario quindi premunirsi anticipatamente acquistando un biglietto online pagandolo con carta di credito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stazione abbastanza piccola costituita da 2 binari di cui uno in salita per novara e l altro in discesa sia per milano cardona che Saronno di sera,sono disponibile solo i trenord su questa linea . Durante sti tempi di coronavirus subiscono maggiore ritardi e vengono cancellati tutti i treni delle 21 e 11 da novara nord fino a saranno da pullman di SOSTITUZIONE con orari non definite da fare impazzire chiunque.

Non c'è biglietteria e in più occasioni l'emettitrice automatica è fuori servizio: meglio acquistare il biglietto in anticipo
