Due mesi fa abbiamo chiesto di selezionare una babysitter per il nostro bimbo di due anni, fornendo indicazioni precise sugli orari nei quali avrebbe dovuto svolgere l’attività, abbiamo più volte domandato di farci avere una persona affidabile precisando che sarebbe dovuta rimanere con noi a lungo per non dover sottoporre il bambino a continui cambiamenti. Ci è stata presentata una persona dicendo che era la migliore. Dopo nemmeno un mese di attività se n’è andata dicendo che aveva trovato un altro lavoro in cui gli orari coincidevano con le sue esigenze. Siamo rimasti esterrefatti da un cambio così immediato. È impensabile sostituire la figura di riferimento a un bambino di quell’età e per di più tradire la fiducia che avevamo accordato in lei e in coloro che ce l’avevano proposta. Ci è sembrato assurdo che gli addetti che l’hanno selezionata non siano stati in grado di capire le sue esigenze prima di proporcela. Le nostre necessità erano ben chiare ma evidentemente non sono state prese in considerazione. Abbiamo quindi chiesto un colloquio durante il quale l’addetto dell’Agenzia ha continuato a rimarcare unicamente la colpa della babysitter senza fornire soluzioni che in qualche modo venissero incontro a noi per il disservizio arrecato. Non abbiamo avuto altra possibilità se non quella di dismettere il contratto con l’agenzia stessa. Anziché risolvere il problema della cura del nostro bambino ci siamo ritrovati punto e a capo e abbiamo speso parecchio denaro inutilmente. My wife and I have had a very bad experience with this agency and we feel absolutely not to recommend it to anyone. Two months ago we asked to select a babysitter for our two-year-old child, providing precise indications on the times in which he should have carried out the activity, we have repeatedly asked to let us have a reliable person specifying that he would have to stay with us for a long time so as not to have to subject the child to constant changes. We were introduced to a person saying she was the best. After less than a month of activity, she left saying that she had found another job where the hours coincided with her needs. We were blown away by such an immediate change. It is unthinkable to replace the reference figure for a child of that age and moreover to betray the trust we had placed in her and in those who had offered her to us. It seemed absurd to us that the employees who selected her were not able to understand her needs before proposing it to us. Our needs were very clear but obviously they were not taken into consideration. We therefore asked for an interview during which the agency employee continued to point out only the babysitter's fault without providing solutions that somehow came to meet us for the disservice caused. We had no other option than to terminate the contract with the agency itself. Instead of solving the problem of caring for our baby, we found ourselves point and head and spent a lot of money in vain.
