Non è stato facile all'inizio cambiare le mie (non proprio buone) abitudini alimentari, soprattutto a colazione, abituata com'ero alla barretta dolce o alla brioscina dolce e passare al salato; ma giorno dopo giorno, seguendo le sue indicazioni, anche rigorose ed allenandomi tre volte alla settimana, sono riuscita a fare un grande passo in avanti verso quella versione di me che voglio ottenere e che sono sicura troverò.
La professionalità del dottore è garanzia di risultati!!
To say that I am very happy is an understatement! I started Dr. Galioto a month ago and the first results have already been seen after the second week !!
It was not easy at first to change my (not really good) eating habits, especially at breakfast, accustomed as I was to the sweet bar or sweet brioscina and switch to salty; but day after day, following his instructions, even rigorous and training three times a week, I was able to take a big step towards that version of me that I want to achieve and that I am sure I will find.
The doctor's professionalism is a guarantee of results !!
