Ho ricevuto, oltre al file tutorial ben 11 messaggi in cui venivano aggiunti suggerimenti, superamento di eventuali problemi. Tutto comunicato con un tono affabile e premuroso. L'apice è stato raggiunto DOMENICA 28 alle h:19.36 !! Ho chiesto una delucidazione, pensando di riceverla tra lunedì e martedì: alle 19:38 ( 2 minuti dopo !!!) mi hanno risposto; in modo educato, rassicurante, competente,premuroso. L'installazione del pacchetto Office è stata una passeggiata: Il product Key non ha creato nessun problema nell'essere riconosciuto e ad essere convalidato su Internet. In un segmento così vasto, pieno di venditori improvvisati o volutamente truffaldini, ho vissuto un'esperienza esaltante. Cliente fidelizzato a vita. Li ho contattati via whattapp e nel giro di pochi minuti mi hanno telefonato e risolto il problema. Che dire? Più che soddisfatta e cliente fidelizzata.
