Leider ist das nicht geschehen ! Ich bekomme auf Anfrage auch keine Antwort mehr. Sehr schade da ich mich eigentlich auf weitere Geschäfte gefreut hätte. Von diesen muss ich nun leider Abstand nehmen. Das ist kein Verhalten von seriösen Geschäftsleuten. Mit dem Traktor bin ich eigentlich sehr zufrieden. I bought a tractor in February for 17,000 euros. I was assured that I would receive the papers immediately. Unfortunately that didn't happen! I also get no answer on request. It's a shame because I would have been looking forward to more business. Unfortunately I have to distance myself from these. This is not a behavior of serious business people. I'm actually very happy with the tractor.

La loro blasonata esperienza dovrebbe capire al volo il tipo di guasto ad una leva del cambio. Lo avevo capito io che non sono riparatore che c'era una semplice spina da sostituire (e 700 euro obiettivamente mi sembrano troppo). Un serio capofficina mi avrebbe ipotizzato il tipo di intervento dandomi un preventivo almeno a spanne. Avrebbe valutato il guasto e mi avrebbe dato un preventivo, almeno per via telefonica. Io porto in riparazione in BMW anche la mia moto, dove trovo rispetto del cliente, preventivi immediati, sinonimo di professionalita e al minimo problema mi chiamano per saper come procedere....insomma, serietà anzitutto. Mi spiace, è stata la mia prima esperienza con Galassi......MAI PIÙ. Not at all happy with the treatment, No estimate made before the repair .... Their noble experience should tell at a glance the type of fault to a shift lever. I had understood that I'm not a repairman, there was a simple plug to replace (and 700 Euros objectively seem to me too). A serious foreman would have suggested to me the type of intervention least giving me a quote of thumb. He would have assessed the failure and given me a quote, at least by phone. I also take my motorbike for repair in BMW, where I find respect for the customer, immediate quotes, synonymous with professionalism and at the slightest problem they call me to know how to proceed .... in short, seriousness above all. Sorry, it was my first experience with Galassi ...... NEVER AGAIN.
