g	gabriella sorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho avuto un bellissimo rapporto nella costruzione della mia casa.avevo sentito varie proposte in fiera a Bassano tre anni fa ma sentendo quelle di Gaia mi hanno entusiasmato da subito e infatti ho fatto la scelta giusta.materiali di ottima qualità e sempre disponibili nelle varie scelte e varianti di costruzione.E sopratutto puntuali nella consegna e nel prezzo.consiglierei a chi deve costruire una casa in legno Gaia forerever.?? I had a wonderful relationship in the construction of my house. M	Matteo Milan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia ricerca di case in legno è iniziata nel 2018 e dopo aver valutato varie aziende ho scelto di proseguire il percorso di costruzione della casa con Gaia perché mi sembrava all'altezza delle mie aspettative e sopratutto delle mie richieste. A metà anno del 2019 ho firmato il contratto con loro dal progetto a chiavi in mano e attualmente mi trovo molto contento e soddisfatto della scelta fatta in quanto mi sono stai vicino e mi hanno consigliato passo per passo su molte questioni ed esigenze personali anche al di fuori di quello che è da contratto e se fossi andato da qualsiasi altro appaltatore non sarebbe stato di certo così. Ora iniziano i lavori e sono ottimista del risultato. My search for wooden houses began in 2018 and after evaluating various companies, I chose to continue the path of building the house with Gaia because it seemed to me to meet my expectations and above all my requests. In the middle of 2019 I signed the contract with them from the turnkey project and currently I am very happy and satisfied with the choice made as they have been close to me and they advised me step by step on many personal issues and needs even beyond out of what is contracted and if I had gone to any other contractor it certainly wouldn't have been like that. Now the works are starting and I am optimistic of the result.

Inoltre il personale e molto disponibile e attento a esaudire le mie richieste. Hanno iniziato la costruzione della mia casa e mi ritengo soddisfatto; attualmente sono arrivati al tetto e tante persone che si sono fermate davanti alla casa mi hanno fatto i complimenti. Quando da tanto sogni la tua casa in legno e trovi persone che sanno far diventare il tuo sogno realtà, puoi solo ringraziarli. Una ditta di professionisti che già dal primo incontro capisce cosa vorresti, che si avvale già dal disegno architettonico di persone che portano su carta e poi realizzano ogni tuo desiderio. Precisi, puntuali, rispondono ad ogni dubbio. Mi hanno seguita fin dalla scelta del terreno più adatto, passando per il disegno della casa che rispondesse alle mie richieste, seguendoci nella scelta dei materiali, e consigliandomi per esaudire il mio desiderio. Hanno trovato tutte le soluzioni per rendere la casa a mia immagine e pratica per la vita con 3 cani. Il capitolato comprende già materiali di ottima qualità sono estremamente disponibili a seguire le richieste del cliente. Il tutto a costi senza uguali. Unico appunto da fare é che non sempre sono in linea con le tempistiche dichiarate ma devo dire che io non avevo particolare fretta. Tutti i professionisti che collaborano con loro sono competenti e disponibili, dall'architetto al direttore lavori fino al geometra e a chi materialmente costruisce. Consigliatissimo. I did a demolition with reconstruction and I am really satisfied with the work done. The only thing to do is that they are not always in line with the stated deadlines but I must say that I was in no particular hurry. Persona squisita appassionata del suo lavoro che ci ha spiegato in maniera ottima e semplice di come viene costruita una casa in legno, abbiamo potuto vedere anche quali materiali vengono impiegati con tutte le loro caratteristiche e per finire ci ha portato in una abitazione di proprietà già ultimata per farci rendere conto di come si presentava una volta finita. Posso dire che pochi mi hanno trasmesso l'impressione ottima che mi ha dato lui. Complimenti. I got to know the manufacturer in person! Per Tutta la parte esterna sono stato seguito e consigliato anche per materiali non di loro fornitura. Sono stati sempre presenti in particolare modo Michela davvero preparata . Consiglio L azienda I built a house in 2016 with Gaia, it was a demolition and faithful reconstruction. I was followed both for the authorization part and for the turnkey construction. I preventivi sono sempre stati rispettati e se c’era qualcosa da rettificare o qualche lavoro aggiuntivo da effettuare, siamo stati sempre avvisati prima. Con il Sig. Enrico c’è stata da subito una grande intesa e se dovessimo costruire o ristrutturare una nuova casa ci affideremo sicuramente a voi! Very competent, serious, capable and reliable company.
