L’estetista mi ha mozzato un sopracciglio, ostinandosi a dire non fosse vero e nonostante ci fosse una terza persona a confermare. Se non si è in grado di fare un lavoro, semplicemente non va fatto. Vergognoso.

The worst hairdresser experience of my life. I came in asking for one thing: don't make me yellow blonde. I went out that it looked like they had broken the egg yolk on my head. And all for a figure anything but modest. Never again. I strongly advise against it.
