Ottima l’accoglienza del proprietario che sa indirizzare il cliente con garbo e grande professionalità . Consigliato vivamente ! Every time I'm in Rome I have a fixed appointment with this restaurant that combines excellent raw materials with an accurate and delicious cuisine. Excellent hospitality from the owner who knows how to address the customer with grace and great professionalism. Highly recommended!

Quando la semplicità e la qualità dei prodotti si incontrano senza dar spazio a troppe creme,emulsioni, estratti o tutte le pippe mentali della cucina moderna. Locale pulito,ottimo servizio,pesce eccezionale e bella selezione di vini. Aggiungo una parentesi visto che penserete che sono di parte.il pesce viene selezionato tutti i giorni al mercato centrale dove viene comprato in minime quantità permettendo al cliente di mangiare del pesce sempre fresco e lo é davvero. Non posso dire che sia un locale economico ma se capite di cucina e vi piace il buon pesce consiglio vivamente questo locale. Se siete indecisi di cosa mangiare fatevi consigliare non ve ne pentirete. What to say ... knowing the owners of this place I will try to be as objective as possible but if you intend to go out for dinner and eat GOOD fish this for me is one of the best places in Rome. When the simplicity and quality of the products meet without giving way to too many creams, emulsions, extracts or all the mental blowjobs of modern cuisine. Clean venue, great service, great seafood and nice wine selection. I add a parenthesis since you will think that I am biased. The fish is selected every day at the central market where it is bought in small quantities allowing the customer to eat fresh fish and it really is. I can't say it's a cheap place but if you understand cooking and you like good fish I highly recommend this place. If you are undecided about what to eat, get advice you will not regret it.

Impiattamento, scelta dei vini ed attenzione sono stati buoni ma non eccezionali. Serve quel quid in più. Definitely a good experience, excellent dishes and excellent quality, but to also have an excellent experience it must improve in the small things. Plating, choice of wines and attention were good but not exceptional. You need that extra something.
