Ho preso appuntamento per vedere un appartamento in affitto e la mattina stessa dell'appuntamento mi hanno chiamata dicendo che avevano preso troppi appuntamenti e quindi cancellavano il mio e l'annuncio non era più valido! Meglio stare lontano da chi lavora così. Questo dovrebbe essere lo step iniziale di un rapporto di fiducia tra cliente e agenzia e direi che fa capire come possono operare superficialmente negli step successivi.
No professionalism. I made an appointment to see an apartment for rent and on the morning of the appointment they called me saying that they had made too many appointments and therefore they canceled mine and the announcement was no longer valid! Better to stay away from those who work like this. This should be the initial step of a relationship of trust between client and agency and I would say that it makes us understand how they can operate superficially in the following steps.
