★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenti poco seri prima fissano appuntamenti e poi io interessato levano immobile e lo affittano ad altri che dire poco proffessionali è coerenti bastava una telefonata invece io non vedendo immobile ho chiamata di persona forse dovrebbero essere più precisi i fece di prendere in giro la gente e far perdere tempo.
Unserious agents first make appointments and then I am interested, they stand still and rent it to others who say that it is not very professional is enough, just a phone call instead, since I did not see the property, I called in person, perhaps they should be more precise, he made people make fun of waste time.

Mi avevano fissato un appuntamento per vedere un appartamento alle 17.30, quando alle 17.27 ricevo una loro telefonata dicendomi di aver avuto un contrattempo, quando io ero già davanti all'appartamento per l'appuntamento!!!!
Ho richiamato questa mattina e, come ben pensavo, hanno già una proposta per quest'appartamento.
Bastava chiamarmi venerdì in giornata per avvisarmi e non alle 17.27 quando l'appuntamento era alle 17.30!!!!
Ho detto tutto.....

I had set an appointment to see an apartment at 5.30pm, when at 5.27pm I received a phone call telling me that I had a setback, when I was already in front of the apartment for the appointment !!!!
I called back this morning and, as I thought, they already have a proposal for this apartment.
It was enough to call me Friday in the day to tell me and not at 5.27 pm when the appointment was at 5.30 pm !!!!
I said everything.....

Così sono partito ... oggi dopo una settimana ho visto l'annuncio di questo che l'appartamento era in affitto, ho chiamato di nuovo e ho chiesto informazioni sull'appartamento: e la risposta "non guardare questo appartamento è stato affittato adesso". sono italiano brasiliano ... e sento una forte xenofobia davanti a me. Ho i soldi per pagare in anticipo fino a un anno di affitto. Ho un lavoro a tempo indeterminato ... ma il mondo gira. la mia volontà è di sporgere denuncia
Last week I called this real estate company and inquired about the apartment. They said this apartment had already been rented. So I left ... today after a week I saw the announcement that the apartment was for rent, I called again and asked about the apartment: and the answer "do not look at this apartment it has been rented now" . I am Brazilian Italian ... and I feel a strong xenophobia in front of me. I have the money to pay up to one year's rent in advance. I have a permanent job ... but the world turns. my will is to file a complaint

Con tutto il rispetto per la categoria degli agenti immobiliari ma Lucia è davvero la n. 1 in tutto: professionalità, educazione e disponibilità. Sempre pronta a risolvere situazioni anche dell'ultimo minuto come fosse lei la proprietaria dell'immobile.
Non c'è concorrenza.
