Li ho contattati per una casa in affitto,mi è stato detto che essendo la prima ad averli contattati avrei avuto la precedenza,,vedo la casa il sabato,e lunedì avremmo dovuto concludere,invece chiamano oggi lunedì dicendo che la casa era stata affittata...

Bad management, and poor professionalism.
I contacted them for a rental house, I was told that being the first to have contacted them I would have priority, I see the house on Saturday, and Monday we should have finished, instead they call today Monday saying that the house had been rented. ..
