I went in to buy a double duvet and, although I had already chosen the model, I asked if I could open the package to realize the fabric. I was told, even in a rather polite manner, that it was forbidden by the store rules. At this point, I changed my mind and left the product in the store. I would like to be able to touch with my own hand what I'm buying and above all, to find kind and smiling staff in the store and not surly and annoyed.
