Non sapendo dove fossero stati acquistati sono andata nel negozio dell’outlet di palmanova dove, molto gentilmente, dopo aver sentito il negozio di Gorizia e aver appurato che l’acquisto è stato fatto li, mi dicono che il negozio di Gorizia ha confermato che posso cambiarlo a Gorizia anche senza scontrino. Vado a Gorizia e non me lo cambiano. Si trattava solamente di cambio di una lettera con l’altra. Lo trovo inconcepibile nel momento in cui lo scontrino poteva essere ristampato dal punto vendita. Sconsiglio assolutamente, non per la qualità ma per la scortesia. Bad service .. I got two towels with the initials as a gift. One of the two initials was incorrect. Deluso. Materiale scadente, in poliestere 100% e possibilità di scelta su 2 tipologie sole. scomodi, senza confort e molto rumorosi al contatto con la testa appoggiata. Non prendono forma, non si adattano alla nuca. Ammetto la disponibilità e cordialità del personale nella locale sede, ma non ho esitato a contattare, via email, la sede di Milano per rappresentare il reclamo in tutta trasparenza. Anche quì molto gentili nella risposta ma ovviamente di restituzioni o altro neppure l'ombra. Non consiglio l'acquisto di detto articolo.
