Il tecnico che intervenuto dopo aver effettuato una diagnosi che è durata un ora e riuscito la dove l assistenza ufficiale non era riuscita. Sicuramente se dovrò sostituire un elettrodomestico sarà di sicuro una marca che loro assistono. In 5-6 volte sono venuti 2 "tecnici" uno dei quali aveva tanta voglia di chiaccherare e rispondeva fisso al cellulare tra chiamate e messaggni... La prima volta che sono venuti hanno fatto un pastrocchio che ha creato i problemi successivi... Un'altra volta sono venuti con 2 resistenze nuove e una volta montate hanno detto che non funzionavano! Sarebbero dovuti tornare. Ogni volta che andavano via c'era sempre qualcosa che dopo pochi giorni non funzionava.. Terminata la garanzia ho fatto vedere il forno ad un altro e sono venute fuori tutte le loro magagne! Mi ha cambiato un pezzo ma dopo non andava lo stesso infatti è dovuto tornare perché era intasata. Dopo sono spariti, continuo a chiamare e non mi rispondono più. Serietà zero. È una vergogna. I felt terrible. Assistenza rapida, gentilezza e risoluzione dei problemi in tempi brevi. Consigliato. I used their assistance twice, for 2 different appliances and in both cases I was more than satisfied. L'intervento è stato celere nonostante il perido natalizio, e questo è sicuramente un merito visto anche che hanno dovuto reperire i pezzi di ricambio alla casa madre. Ma io mi chiedo se è possibile riparare sul posto un piano cottura e poi riapoggiarlo semplicemente sul top senza neanche ristringere le staffe. Va bene che per agevolarli l'avevo smontato da solo, essendo stato del mestiere, e l'ho risistemato in 5 minuti, ma se avessero avuto a che fare con una persona incapace di farlo avrebbero lasciato il piano da fissare? Io non ho parole. Comunque almeno l'hanno riparato. Mah.
