★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di apprezzare la professionalità, la serietà e l'onestà di Maurizio Guazzotti e dei suoi dipendenti: è la prima volta che mi capita un elettricista che mi chiede la paletta e la scopa per ripulire dopo aver eseguito il lavoro; sembrerà una sciocchezza ma in realtà denota un'attenzione per il cliente che molti sbandierano ma pochi dimostrano con i fatti.
I had the opportunity to appreciate the professionalism, seriousness and honesty of Maurizio Guazzotti and his employees: it is the first time that I have met an electrician who asks me for the dustpan and the broom to clean up after having done the work; it may seem like nonsense but in reality it denotes an attention for the customer that many flaunt but few demonstrate with the facts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando il notevole ritardo di 1 ora che il titolare voleva farmi pagare come fossero venuti puntuali, la cosa veramente vergognosa è che il titolare assieme all' antennista esperto mi ha mandato un ragazzino in prova da una settimana che per ovvi motivi guardava solo (mica colpa sua,abbiamo cominciato tutti cosi) e al momento di pagare scopro che mi ha fatto pagare venti (VENTI) euro all'ora uno che guardava (e quindi non ha in nessun modo accelerato i tempi del lavoro) . In sostanza mi ha fatto pagare ( oro ) la formazione di un suo ipotetico futuro dipendente,cosa che dovrebbe sobbarcarsi lui. Risultato, mi ha presentato un conto da 700 euro il doppio del preventivo che mi aveva fatto (e senza manco fare uno dei lavori previsti). Scorrettissimo. MAI PIU.

Basically he made me pay (gold) for the training of a hypothetical future employee, which he should undertake. As a result, he presented me with a bill of 700 euros, double the estimate he had made me (and without failing to do one of the planned works). Extremely incorrect. NEVER AGAIN.
