Mercoledì vengo contattato Dal titolare , ci incontriamo e ci presentiamo .mi fa una proposta ed in considerazione del mio profilo , mi dice che è il massimo che può darmi . Essendo che non sto lavorando accetto dicendo che va bene la paga pattuita ma avrei dovuto mantenere il mio livello ( non potendo scendere) , l’accordo si fa . Venerdì invio i documenti e lunedì mi presento a lavoro .
Il contratto non mi viene consegnato malgrado mia richiesta . A seguito di ulteriore sollecito mercoledì mi viene consegnato unilav( documento che attesta e specifica assunzione ) su questo modello leggo che il livello con la quale sono stato assunto è diverso da quello pattuito , inferiore . Accenno il tutto è risollecito per il contratto . Giovedì mi viene consegnato il contratto con scritto un livello diverso da unilav ( documento ufficiale ) . Chiedo spiegazioni senza ricevere risposta chiara e venendo sballottolato da persona a persona . A prescindere da ciò mi reco puntuale a lavoro ed eseguo perfettamente quanto richiesto . Il venerdì vengo licenziato. State attenti .
Attention to all those who are preparing to work in this company. I will briefly tell you about my experience:
Wednesday I am contacted by the owner, we meet and introduce ourselves. He makes me a proposal and in consideration of my profile, he tells me that it is the best he can give me. Since I'm not working, I accept saying that the agreed pay is fine but I should have kept my level (not being able to go down), the agreement is made. On Friday I send the documents and on Monday I go to work.
The contract is not delivered to me despite my request. Following a further reminder Wednesday I am delivered unilav (document certifying and specific assumption) on this model I read that the level with which I was hired is different from the one agreed, lower. I mention everything is ready for the contract. On Thursday the contract is delivered to me with a written level other than unilav (official document). I ask for explanations without receiving a clear answer and being tossed from person to person. Regardless of this, I go to work on time and do what is requested perfectly. On Fridays, I get fired. Be careful .
