Abbiamo acquistato da loro tutte le persiane e gli avvolgibili, una porta con caratteristiche e dimensioni particolari necessaria per separare la casa dal garage nonché una bellissima porta scorrevole a vetri finalizzata a delimitare e rendere abitabile il loggiato della casa. G Infissi ci ha concretamente aiutato a trovare le soluzioni più adatte per noi , ci ha mostrato tantissime opzioni in termini di tipologie, colori, marche e modelli, si è fatta carico dell'installazione e posa in opera del tutto attuando anche delle modifiche ai prodotti acquistati quando questo fosse necessario per adattarli alle caratteristiche del nostro immobile. Tutto il personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare ha dimostrato tantissima cortesia, professionalità, disponibilità, puntualità, cura per il particolare, capacità di ascolto e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. I prezzi sono assolutamente ragionevoli e il servizio complessivamente offerto davvero top. Li consigliamo vivamente
I turned to G Infissi as part of the renovation of our new home. G Infissi has concretely helped us find the most suitable solutions for us, has shown us many options in terms of types, colors, brands and models, has taken on the installation and installation entirely by implementing also changes to the products purchased when this was necessary to adapt them to the characteristics of our property. All the staff we dealt with showed a lot of courtesy, professionalism, availability, punctuality, attention to detail, listening skills and attention to customer needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 weeks ago phoned regarding a repair, technico will ring with appointment but, no call. 3 weeks ago telephoned again, same response but, no call. Phoned this morning, a promised return call this afternoon, shop now closed, no call.
After 6 weeks no calls from technico which is amazing customer service.
I cannot recommend this Company!!!
