Fortunatamente ho avuto modo di rivolgermi ad un altro CAF, sempre se questo di via serradifalco possa definirsi tale, senza perdere ulteriore tempo dietro a persone inefficienti, scortesi e maleducate. In tre anni non sono mai riusciti a svolgere le pratiche più semplici, il tutto sempre condito da arroganza, superficialità e totale inefficienza. Pronti sempre a speculare e velocissimi ad incassare le loro provvigioni. Rivolgetevi a qualcun altro prima di ritrovarvi anche voi ad avere a che fare con certa gente irrispettosa ed inetta. Una donna sempre alterata e che schiamazza non appena le si chiedono chiarimenti si occupa delle pensioni, mentre un signore che credo sia il marito si occupa di dichiarazioni e tutto il resto con scarsa professionalità e dedizione verso i clienti. Entrambi prestano attenzione solamente alle pratiche dove si può lucrare maggiormente abbandonando le pratiche che per loro sono solamente una perdita di tempo: i clienti finiscono per essere abbandonati a se stessi dopo essere stati spremuti! Sconsigliatissimo!!! The worst experience I had in a Caf !! Arrogant incompetent and rude to the unlucky customers! A woman who is always upset and cackles as soon as she is asked for clarifications takes care of pensions, while a gentleman who I think is her husband takes care of declarations and all the rest with little professionalism and dedication to her clients. Both pay attention only to practices where you can make more money by abandoning practices that are just a waste of time for them: customers end up being left to themselves after being squeezed! Sconsigliatissimo !!!

Mi hanno fatto una dichiarazione dei redditi errata, successivamente mi è arrivato un avviso da parte dell'agenzia dell'entrate che mi comunicava un errata dichiarazione e di pagare € 384, sono tornato da loro e mi hanno compitato il modulo come se fossi in credito dicendo che aveva sbagliato l'agenzia delle entrate, ovviamente mi è arrivato un altro avviso da parte dell'agenzia delle entrate riferita sempre a quella dichiarazione errata. Bad experience, incompetent, presumptuous and irresponsible. They made me an incorrect tax return, then I received a notice from the revenue agency that communicated a wrong declaration to me and to pay € 384, I went back to them and they filled out the form as if I were in credit saying that the revenue agency was wrong, obviously I got another notice from the revenue agency always referring to that incorrect statement.
