Poi gli ho spiegato del pezzo che mi serviva e lui mi ha riso in faccia perché non sapeva cosa fosse. Una volta spiegato tutto, con annesse misure e materiale, mi ha detto che non lo avevano. La recensione negativa non è data dal fatto che non ho trovato il pezzo che cercavo, ma dal fatto che sono stato trattato davvero male! The warehouse guy who answered my call was not at all professional: once he picked up the phone he said "Oh", and I didn't really know what to say. Then I explained to him about the piece I needed and he laughed in my face because he didn't know what it was. Once everything was explained, with related measurements and material, he told me they didn't have it. The negative review is not the fact that I didn't find the piece I was looking for, but the fact that I was treated really badly!
