We called them bad in May of last year they changed the nozzles of the boiler without doing the cleaning then they came two weeks ago that the hot water did not arrive and they wanted 70 € and the problem was not even what the technician has fixed not to mention the rudeness and arrogance of the secretary and the boss.

In realtà si trattava di un problema che si poteva risolvere al telefono, invece mi hanno risposto bruscamente che dovrò aspettare due settimane. Peccato, pessimo servizio. Being a new customer they didn't even let me speak. In reality it was a problem that could be solved over the phone, but instead they replied abruptly that I will have to wait two weeks. Too bad, bad service.

Mi hanno fatto la pulizia della caldaia in qualche modo e dopo nemmeno un mese mi é andata in blocco, cercando assistenza da loro mi hanno risposto in maniera maleducata e volgare. Certamente non mi rivolgerò più a loro e ho anche mandato una lettera di lamentela alla sede della visman. Azienda sconsigliata vivamente Company to avoid. They cleaned the boiler for me in some way and after less than a month it went into lockdown, seeking assistance from them they replied in a rude and vulgar way. I will certainly not contact them again and I have also sent a letter of complaint to the visman office. Company strongly discouraged
M	Marcello Sperti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima azienda, cliente da qualche anno per la manutenzione su una caldaia della viessmann dopo l'ultimo intervento sono stati in grado di montare male la scheda elettronica e nonostante la richiesta di intervento per sanare la problematica sono stati maleducati e si sono rifiutati di intervenire dichiarando che il problema non era dovuto ad una errata installazione ma bensì al malfunzionamento della scheda stessa. Ho chiamato un altro centro assistenza che ha risolto montando correttamente la scheda ed ora funziona tutto. Adesso si fanno negare al telefono. Informo immediatamente viessmann Italia. Meriterebbero di perdere la concessione come centro assistenza. I called another service center who solved it by mounting the card correctly and now everything works. Now they get denied on the phone. I immediately inform viessmann Italy.
