Unico difetto: quando si telefona e per qualche motivo non possono rispondere parte musichetta. Sarebbe più utile un messaggio vocale che precisa se son chiusi (ad es.per ferie), se bisogna richiamare o se tutti gli operatori sono occupati e serve attendere.
Con le possibilità offerte dai moderni sistemi di gestione delle telefonate penso sarebbe un utile servizio al cliente

Only flaw: when you call and for some reason they can't answer the music part. It would be more useful a voice message that specifies if they are closed (e.g. for holidays), if you need to call back or if all the operators are busy and you need to wait.
With the possibilities offered by modern call management systems I think it would be a useful customer service
