★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una opel insigna country tourer dove alla voce trazione era specificato 4x4.
Siccome abito in Basilicata ho scelto la consegna a domicilio ma purtroppo ho pagato tutto prima e quando mi è stata consegnata l'auto ho constatato che era una trazione anteriore.
Ho ripetutamente contattato sia Cristian che il padre Daniele che si sono rifiutati di riprendersi indietro l'auto nonostante la vendita a distanza e quindi l'acquisto dovrebbe essere anche coperto dal diritto di recesso, in quanto la concessionaria non si può avvalere di contratto di stipula in sede che affermi "vista e piaciuta".
Alla fine mi vedo costretto ad una denuncia penale ai carabinieri ed alla nomina di un avvocato in sede civile per i danni subiti.
Una concessionaria dovrebbe essere una garanzia per il cliente ma vedo che non tutti sono onesti.
E rispondo a Cristian dicendo che, io ho dimostrato che l'annuncio pubblicato da GDM era riferito a una 4x4 ma del annuncio in suo possesso nemmeno l'ombra!
Ma saranno i carabinieri a fare richiesta a Autoscout.
Vedere il sig. Cristian insieme al padre Daniele ricorrere a questi mezzi per racimolare pochi spiccioli mi fa molta tristezza!

I bought an opel insigna country tourer where 4x4 was specified under traction.
Since I live in Basilicata I chose home delivery but unfortunately I paid for everything first and when the car was delivered to me I found that it was a front-wheel drive.
I have repeatedly contacted both Cristian and his father Daniele who refused to take the car back despite the distance sale and therefore the purchase should also be covered by the right of withdrawal, as the dealership cannot use a stipulation contract in the seat that states "seen and liked".
In the end I find myself forced to make a criminal complaint to the carabinieri and to appoint a lawyer in civil court for the damages suffered.
A dealership should be a guarantee for the customer but I see that not everyone is honest.
And I reply to Cristian by saying that I have shown that the ad published by GDM referred to a 4x4 but not even the shadow of the ad in his possession!
But it will be the carabinieri who will ask Autoscout.
See Mr. Cristian together with his father Daniele makes me very sad to use these means to raise a few pennies!
They are poor people.

L' importante è incassare subito il dovuto poi del resto e tutta altra cosa.
Una vergogna che certa gente abbia ancora dei clienti.

Che non eravamo del mestiere te lo abbiamo detto noi, anche se mio padre ha il diploma da meccanico 8 anni in una carrozzeria e 33 anni a riparare macchine operatrici.
Se era destinata solo a professionisti bastava accennarlo, si vede che hanno qualche apparecchio con la quale riescono a fare una completa radiografia dei danni alla macchina. La macchina ci è stata consegnata non il sabato ( giorno dopo l' acquisto e pagamento ) o la settimana dopo come pattuito bensí quasi un mese dopo senza batteria che doveva essere inclusa. La macchina è stata sollevata con un muletto sul carro attrezzi danneggiandola anche se bastava montarci la batteria e muoverla. La batteria ammaccata scarica ci è stata consegnata se ricordo bene circa due settimane dopo, dopo numerose telefonate.
Pagando una macchina con 2000km che secondo te erano 1000km 16700€ pagati con assegno all' istante si sperava che l' interno era completa non senza cappelliera e tappetino destro essendo che quell' giorno diluviava. Hai sostenuto che il tetto apribile era funzionante ( dato che pioveva lo avresti subito chiuso, cosa che non hai fatto )
essendo che il danno sulla macchina era sulla parte anteriore.
Per noi principianti è stata una spesa ulteriore di 2052€.
Il nostro è stato un inizio, noi la macchina la abbiamo riparata, non prendendo pezzi usati come tuo consiglio ma bensi nuovi.
Come venditore l' onestà paga, la tua arroganza non ci è piaciuta essendo che sei un professionista di grande esperienza.
Per quanto mi riguarda non ho più niente da dire la recensione rimane.

We told you that we weren't in the trade, even though my father has a diploma as a mechanic 8 years in a body shop and 33 years in repairing machinery.
If it was intended only for professionals, it was enough to mention it, you can see that they have some devices with which they can make a complete x-ray of the damage to the machine. The car was delivered to us not on Saturday (the day after purchase and payment) or the week after as agreed but almost a month later without the battery which had to be included. The machine was lifted with a forklift on the tow truck, damaging it even if it was enough to mount the battery and move it. The battered dead battery was delivered to us if I remember correctly about two weeks later after numerous phone calls.
Paying a car with 2000km which according to you were 1000km € 16700 paid by check instantly it was hoped that the interior was complete, not without a hatbox and right-hand mat as it was raining that day. You claimed that the sunroof was functional (since it was raining you would have closed it immediately, which you did not)
being that the damage on the car was on the front.
For us beginners it was an additional expense of € 2052.
Ours was a beginning, we repaired the car, not taking used parts as your advice but new ones.
As a seller honesty pays, we don't like your arrogance as you are a highly experienced professional.
As for me I have nothing more to say the review remains.

Consegnano macchine segnate e ammaccate!
A me hanno consegnato una macchina seminuova con diversi segni e bolli sulla carrozzeria(eppure diceva che li sistemava),guarnizione porta lato guida lacerata(che svista),lavata approssimativamente(aveva ancora la terra nelle fughe del cofano),senza tappetini?,non igienizzata(eppure c era pure scritto),regalato 4 gomne usate(che bravi,peccato difettose,avevano il runflat rotto).Tutto con ritardi sulle date promesse.Poi li chiami e il loro "ti faccio sapere" è un "ti richiamo se ne ho voglia".

They deliver scuffed and dented cars!
They gave me a semi-new car with several marks and stamps on the bodywork (yet it said it fixed them), driver's side door seal torn (what an oversight), roughly washed (it still had dirt in the hood joints), no mats, not sanitized (yet there was also written), given 4 used ropes (that good, too bad, they had the runflat broken) .All with delays on the promised dates. Then you call them and their "let you know" is a "I'll call you back if I want it".

I bought an iconic Mercedes SL320 year 1997 from the 90s. Exchange agreed to perfection. The owners Father and son are people next door, reliable professional series and always available. I highly recommend their dealership especially on carefully selected luxury cars where they have an edge over other realities. Very good

I checked the car thoroughly, and when I found out damage they didn't show in pictures, they said "You didn't ask about this part of the car. This is not our problem anymore".
I wouldn't buy a Fiat Uno from them, let alone a Ferrari.

i bought a Honda Civic Type S from them.
at the beginning everything was perfect, they answered every question immediately the photos looked great and, they said that everything is in good condition.
Angela was very Ladylike at the telephone and her English was very good, as I had seen that they are selling high price supercars I trusted them in the description of the car and payed immediately via bank transfer.
one week later the car arrived in Austria and I have seen that the car was in a horrible condition, the headlights were broken and very well faded, the front grill hold on the car with 1 single clip, the fuel door was broken and won’t hold close, the car had a hail damage + a big dent on the left rear quarter panel, as well as some damage on the tailgate and the rear bumper. But the worst thing was that the engine was not healthy, and the clutch was barely gone. When I started the car, it was running so rough that the whole car was shaking like crazy, also there was a lot of diesel fuel in the oil so that the engine oil level was about 6mm over max. level.
I immediately called Angela and told her about the horrible condition, she started to blame the transport company (they changed out parts etc....lol)
As I was worried I didn`t payed the transport company until I knew what’s going on (to avoid wasting more money). Later that day I send all photos and videos of the damages on the car to Angela and Christian.
One day later the real pain with GDM started, any time I tried to call Angela or Christian they told me to be patient and that they figure something out and that I should wait for the answer of they’re boss. For over one-week I had to text them and try to call them but always the same, either they don’t pick up the phone or they don’t answer my text messages. at the 21th of July Angela called me back and showed me my options!
Option 1: they pay the 300€ for the transport company (that changed out the Parts...lol) and that’s it.
Option2: I send them the car back on my own cost and get the price I had paid back -1000€
at the last phone call on 21th of July Angela showed her real face, she told me that my expectations are too high, and that the car is 12 years old etc. also she said that I should come to Italy the next time to watch the car before I buy it (well that’s what I should have done)
i know that the car is 12 years old, but i was searching for a clean example and trusted in the expertise of a company that sell F40´s and carrera gt´s. I asked several times about the condition of the paint and the technical side of the car and they said that everything is perfect and that there are just 2 dents that i can repair via smart repair.
Also, I have to say that I payed the car on 5th of July and by 21th of July I still don’t got any paperwork of the car. On 13th they said that they already send me the title via express courier, at 21th they said they will send the papers and documents by 22th.
update i got the info from UPS that the paperwork will arrive at 27th ( almost 1 month after payment of the car)
So, before you buy a car at GDM Auto please read this rating and look at the photos and screenshots of the communication.
I bought a Honda civic for 4300€ that they told me is in good condition.
just to repair it to drivable condition I had to pay,
replacement engine 1300€
clutch kit 560€
Headlights 450€
complete fuel door assembly 30€
front grill 179€
+ work
and the paint is still in horrible shape.
!!!!!!!DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! the scam you in every possible way and also they are very respectless after they have theyr money
