★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 3 Jahren hat der Kessel meiner BZ10 an der Naht bereits ein kleines Loch. Es ist eindeutig ein Fehler, der bei der Herstellung entstanden ist. Ich habe bei Bezzera direkt angefragt, allerdings keine Antwort erhalten. Dann wurde über meinen Händler wurde dort angefragt. Eine Reparatur wurde abgelehnt, da außerhalb der Garantie. Zudem sollte ich sie nicht an Bezzera senden, da die Wartezeit für Reparaturen sehr lang sei. Es wurde mir auch kein vergünstigtes Ersatzteil angeboten, damit ich den Kessel selbst tauschen kann. Ansich eine gute Maschine, aber die Verarbeitungsqualität ist bei meiner Maschine mangelhaft und der Service ist definitiv schlecht.
After 3 years, the boiler of my BZ10 already has a small hole in the seam. It is clearly a mistake that arose in the manufacturing process. I asked Bezzera directly, but received no answer. Then an inquiry was made through my dealer. A repair was refused because it was out of guarantee. In addition, I shouldn't send them to Bezzera because the waiting time for repairs is very long. I was also not offered a discounted replacement part so that I can exchange the boiler myself. A good machine in and of itself, but the build quality is poor on my machine and the service is definitely bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite un rivenditore on line una macchina Bezzera unica PID, l'ho trattata con una certa cura e l'ho usata per un solo caffè al giorno, purtroppo dopo due anni e mezzo la macchina si è rotta: si accende il led, ma la caldaia non si avvia. Contatto la Bezzera e mi rispondono che non vendono macchine in Italia (strano perche io vivo in Italia, a Roma, e la macchina ha un manuale di Istruzioni in Italiano) e che mi avrebbero dato un contatto per risolvere il problema. Mi è stato dato il contatto di un distributore a diverse centinaia di chilometri da dove vivo ... in pratica dovrei imballare e spedire un oggetto che pesa quasi 20 chili e che appare essere piuttosto delicato. Penso sarò costretto a farla buttare in discarica dall'Azienda Municipalizzata. Come ciliegina sulla torta quando ho espresso la mia intenzione di recensire la mia insoddisfazione mi è stato risposto che le eventuali diffamazioni sarebbero state poste al vaglio del loro ufficio legale!
In sintesi la mia è stata un'esperienza negativa sia sul prodotto in se che per il post vendita: un prodotto costoso che si è rotto presto nonostante la grande cura e senza una rete di assistenza sul territorio italiano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a machine years ago when I bought it it was represented that it was manufactured By This company After sending them numerous communications in numerous photos of the machine they told me that they did not manufacture it that a different company made it and put their name on it I find that very hard to believe Because it's not a sticker it's actually welded to the front of the machine They sent me a link with another company I contacted them and they said they didn't make the machine the other company did Then I got a message from lucca Saying I was rude and unprofessional I told him I was just trying to get the machine fixed he didn't care I will never buy one of their products ever again and I will make sure that everyone here is my story Also their products are way overpriced
