★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntualità, professionalità, disponibilità, competenza, top top. Sono stato questa mattina a fare un tagliando, dire di essere soddisfatto è poco. Già al telefono parlai con Elio per un appuntamento e fu davvero molto gentile. Oggi mi ha ricevuto e servito Paolo altrettanto gentile e professionale.
Sono davvero soddisfatto, complimenti!!!
 Punctuality, professionalism, availability, competence, top top. I was this morning to get a service, saying that I am satisfied is not enough. Already on the phone I spoke with Elio for an appointment and he was really very kind. Today Paolo received and served me just as kind and professional.
I am really satisfied, congratulations !!!

Tagliando intermedio di solo cambio olio (fornito da me) anno 2019 prezzo 70€, anno 2021 prezzo 90€.
Fatture alla mano chiedo spiegazioni per giustificare l'aumento di oltre il 20% ma non mi viene data risposta. Anzi mi viene detto "alla fine solo 20 euro in più sono". Professionalità totalmente da rivedere.
La trasparenza dovrebbe portarvi a stampare a caratteri cubitali l'aumento della tariffa oraria di manodopera a prezzi stratosferici. Invece mi è stato eseguito il tagliando senza emettere preventivo di spesa.
PS: per chi si sposta, Audi Magnifica a Triggiano o Audi Cocozza Service a Bari hanno più cura del cliente, prezzi più onesti soprattutto per quei clienti che non hanno più vetture in garanzia di casa madre e restituiscono l'auto sempre fresca di autolavaggio esterno e interno a termine tagliando.
Non ci tornerò più, la serietà vale molto più di 20€

Intermediate service of oil change only (provided by me) year 2019 price € 70, year 2021 price € 90.
Invoices in hand I ask for explanations to justify the increase of over 20% but I am not given an answer. Indeed I am told "in the end only 20 euros more are". Professionalism totally to be reviewed.
Transparency should lead you to print in huge letters the increase in the hourly labor rate at stratospheric prices. Instead, I was given the coupon without issuing a cost estimate.
PS: for those who travel, Audi Magnifica in Triggiano or Audi Cocozza Service in Bari have more customer care, more honest prices especially for those customers who no longer have cars under the guarantee of the parent company and return the car always fresh from an external car wash and internal at the end of the service.
I will not go there again, the seriousness is worth much more than 20 €

Concessionaria ben posizionata a livello logistico e con tante auto in esposizione,almeno per la mia esperienza vedere tutte le auto a cui ero interessato e lo stesso modello in diverse versioni ha semplificato la mia scelta
Seller (Mr. Antonio) competent, decisive, proactive and never intrusive.
Dealership well positioned logistically and with many cars on display, at least for my experience to see all the cars I was interested in and the same model in different versions simplified my choice

Mi viene fissato un'appuntamento dalla sede principale di Benevento presso la sede di Foggia con un certo Sig. De Blasio per un preventivo di acquisto di un' Audi A5 g-tron...........L'incaricato si presenta con 25 minuti di ritardo e mi comunica che non può seguirmi perché ha altro da fare!!!!!

Bad company !!
I am scheduled an appointment from the headquarters of Benevento at the Foggia office with a certain Mr. De Blasio for a quote for the purchase of an Audi A5 g-tron ........... The appointee shows up 25 minutes late and informs me that he cannot follow me because he has other things to do !!!!!

Quasi costretto a scegliere inizialmente loro per vicinanza per la mia Audi a6 che non si avviava dopo tre giorni mi inviano un preventivo di 7 mila euro poi di 4 e infine mi scrivono che per venirmi incontro diventa 3 mila per il revisionamento di 4 iniettori . Al mio rifiuto di accettazione preventivo mi fatturano 330 euro per smontaggio e montaggio auto per valutazione danno . Pago e la porto via mostrando su loro richiesta anche cro bonifico effettuato .Carissimi a dir poco per non usare un altro tipo di aggettivo . Spero di nn incontrarli più sulla mia strada . State lontani da loro .
Bad experience. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Almost forced to initially choose them by proximity for my Audi a6 which did not start after three days, they send me a quote of 7,000 euros, then of 4 and finally they write me that to meet me it becomes 3,000 for the overhaul of 4 injectors. Upon my refusal of acceptance, they charge me 330 euros for disassembly and assembly of the car for damage assessment. I pay and take it away showing at their request the transfer made. Dearest to say the least, not to use another type of adjective. I hope not to meet them on my way again. Stay away from them.
