★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtoppo estremamente scadente, personale gentile ma chiacchera troppo e come si suol dire non fa andare le mani, e quando le usa sono pesanti ( mai mi è successo che in due mi tirassero così tanto i capelli ). Sono entrata con una richiesta , sono uscita con quello che volevano loro e con i capelli rovinati, tutti crespi. Chiedo un biondo chiaro , esco gialla . Prezzo troppo alto per quello che alla fine hanno fatto ( e cioè tentare di rimediare ad una tinta sbagliata, di cui si sono accorti, con mille maschere e shampii). Il rislutato: ecco come perdere clienti.

Chiedi un taglio pari semplice semplice ed esci che sembra ti abbia tagliato uno col Parkinson. È assurdo come le richieste fatte dal cliente passino in secondo piano e ci si permetta liberamente di improvvisare tagli sconvolgenti. Mai più!
If I had gone to the grooming in part they would have cut me better!
Ask for a straight simple even cut and come out that looks like you cut one with Parkinson's. It is absurd how the requests made by the customer take second place and we freely allow ourselves to improvise shocking cuts. Never again!
