I started practicing ju jitsu thanks to my cousin. It is a beautiful sport that offers a very good athletic preparation and helped me to have more confidence than myself. It is also important to know how to defend oneself and therefore I recommend it to everyone. The G.A. Diurnal guarantees expert and talented teachers.
I recommend everyone at least one test, but the passion is born exactly from the first second.
