M	Mia Enache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno cambiato il contratto unilateralmente senza alcun avviso sebbene l'autorità garante per l'energia obblighi a mandare un avviso almeno tre mesi prima del cambiamento. Mi trovo ad oggi a pagare prezzi spropositati (completamente fuori mercato e ben al di sopra dei prezzi delle altre compagnie, pur considerando gli aumenti). Non rispondono ad e-mail, servizio ticketing inutile sul sito, al telefono, se rispondono, non danno spiegazioni e sbeffeggiano. They changed my contract unilaterally without any notice although the energy authority obliges me to send a notice at least three months before the change. Today I find myself paying disproportionate prices (completely out of the market and well above the prices of other companies, even considering the increases). They do not respond to e-mails, useless ticketing service on the site, on the phone, if they answer, they do not give explanations and mock.
